Another Long Week

One more day to go before the weekend, yay! So this week, to sum it up in 3 words, "it was long". Been working on Seussical the Musical stuff all week. For those wondering (especially edit =รพ), it is a musical based on the works of Dr.Seuss. So like Cat in the Hat, the Whos, Horton, JoJo etc etc. Show is Thursday (12th), Friday (13th), and Saturday (14th) all at 7:30pm, let me know if you're interested in coming. Will be at school from like 7-9 tmr, so like 14 hrs, and then next week will be like the same thing again for the whole week. Oh man, since 2 years ago with West Side Story, don't think I've been at school for that much of the day.

Apprentice is starting to turn me off, this season is very weak (as in the competitors). It started out pretty good with the first few episodes, but it has been down hill ever since. It seems like they are doing it for the tv rating then actually looking for Trump's Apprentice like it is supposed to be, hope next season will be better. Amazing Race is still going strong, and coming off an awesome episode. Sad to see the old couple being eliminated, they definitely are the oldest team to have lasted until the final four in any seasons. Can't wait until the last couple of legs, with the contrasting styles between the teams. I still don't like the idea of having teams which are "famous" on this show, even though it may bring better ratings. Too bad there won't be a new season for awhile. I definitely think ever since they brought it back after season 4 (I think), it has been getting better and better, but season 2 is still my favourite.

Random Sports Thought:
How often do I go 2 full paragraphs without mentioning sports? Probably never. NBA playoffs, nice to see Jetsgo (aka Vince Carter) being grounded by the Heatwave. If Nets can keep the core of the team together (Kidd, Jefferson, Jetsgo), they might be a contender next year, still think they need a stronger supporting cast to be a legit contender. Would love to see Pacers move on to the championship game, and would be amazing to see Reggie end his career winning the title, but I highly doubt that will happen. Rick Carlisle have definitely put himself a step closer to being considered one of the all-time great coaches this year, bringing the Pacers to a sixth place finished even through all the things that Pacers went through this year with Jackson, Artest and O'Neil. Hoping to see Nash get the MVP, bringing the Suns from 50 loss season last year to now #1 in the West. Jays are playing well, same with the Os, but still not counting the Red Sox and Yankees out. Speaking of Yankees, how about losing 3 in a row to the D'Rays?

CCBA:
Moving up fast in the ranking, but I really don't think I can stay there. Just a rebuilding year this year, hopefully can have a decent finish and get a strong keeper list to carry towards next year. Quick pick-up of Bedard from Just, he's been hot as of late, and with the way the Os are hitting, Bedard should get solid numbers this season. Incredible to see Steve running away with his team, but I think like many GMs in the league, we're waiting for the fall on the Asian empire.

Thats it for today, been a long blog, you're amazing if you read down to here. "a person's a person no matter how small" Thank you Michael for putting that song in my head.

Signing off...
