Messed up sleeping schedule

It's been pretty bad the last few days..where I've just been running on caffeine for better part of the day considering I've only been getting like 3-4 hours of sleep a night at most, and they're not even what I call "good sleep". Normally I'm a guy that can both function with a good night sleep, or barely any sleep at all. I mean I've put in overnight sessions at poker tables before and was perfectly fine for school/work the very next day...yet for some reason I feel crappier when I get little sleep vs. getting no sleep at all.

I've been trying to fix this problem of mine, but seeing how it's 1:15am and I'm still up blogging, I still got ways to go. The outlook isn't even going to be good as the next 2 weeks will be busy as heck.

On a completely unrelated note - the U.S. is releasing their unemployment report tomorrow (or later today I guess)...this could be bad.
