Hmmmm...day 1 didn't go too well it seems.
Germany's offence looked alot better than I expected, even without Ballack. Their weakness in central defence were definitely exposed by the two goals scored against by Costa Rica. What a goal by Frings and Labm, both could possibly end up being top 5 goals in this world cup.

World Cup Predictions

With the kickoff of the first match less than 12 hours away, I "have to" do some sort of predictions. This tournament is only the most watched sporting tournament in the world. So here we go.

The sporting event of the year (with no disrespect to the winter Olympics) is upon us. While I am not going to bore you all with predictions and player/team analysis, I will do a daily prediction on the winning team and the score.
